    Is Poppy insured?
    Yes — full public liability and care, custody & control insurance covering every dog in her care.
    Is Poppy DBS checked and first-aid trained?
    Yes, DBS checked and trained in canine first aid. A responsible adult (her dad, Adam) is a named backup for the business, so there's always a point of contact.
    How does the free meet & greet work?
    It's a relaxed, no-obligation visit before you book — to say hello, meet your dog and talk through their routine so everyone's comfortable. No charge, no commitment.
    How big are the group walks?
    Small and carefully matched — never more than four dogs, grouped by size and temperament so walks stay calm and safe.
    My dog is nervous or can't go off-lead — is that OK?
    Of course. Dogs are only let off-lead with your permission and where it's safe; otherwise they stay on the lead. Solo walks are perfect for dogs who prefer their own company.
    How do overnight stays work?
    Poppy stays over at your home so your dog keeps its own bed, garden and routine. It covers up to 24 hours; extra full days of care are +£15 each. It's house-sitting in your home, not boarding somewhere else.
    What if I have more than one dog?
    Extra dogs from the same home are +50% per walk and +£10 per night on overnight stays, for up to three dogs.
    How and when do I pay?
    Weekly, by bank transfer or cash — whatever's easiest. Prices are confirmed at your meet & greet.
    What's the cancellation policy?
    Just give at least 24 hours' notice to change or cancel a walk.
